Returns

We accept returns for items purchased at their original price from our website. 

Any returns must be received within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds or store credit. If you would like to exchange for a different size or item, kindly place a new order.

Only full-priced items are eligible for a return. All engraved and sale items are final.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in original and unused condition and include all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the payment of returns and do so at their own expense. We recommend sending any returns using a traceable & signature release service as Don Du Ciel is not responsible for any lost packages delivered without a signature or the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) only, once your return has been received and processed. Refunds are issued against the original payment method only, excluding any shipping costs associated with the original order.

Depending on your payment method, refunds may take up to 3 business days to be processed, before appearing in your account.
